I’m tickled to be taking part in Food Week at Where the Lovely Things Are, not least because I loved last year’s Book Week so much. Also I, uh, really like food. In case you hadn’t noticed.
I’m one of the bloggers who have answered a few food related questions for Mallory, for example what’s your perfect food day? and I’m so enjoying reading about other people’s eating habits and favourite foods. There’s a lot going on besides that, so I suggest you hop on over and make yourself hungry.
Here are a few of my favourite food posts from my own archives.

My bachelorette party. Part 1, Part 2.

It all looks mighty delicious. Mmmm. Miss you kitty k.
Your breakfast from Bouchon looks amazing. We went there for brunch once and ordered fried chicken and waffles, but next time I’m ordering what you got!
Miss you too, Liz!
Hi Sara, it was a glorious breakfast, it also came with fruit and yoghurt to start. And I bet the fried chicken and waffles were off the chain too.
@Sara. Wow. Fried chicken & waffles. I feel I’ve had far fewer breakfasts at Bouchon than I’d like (only one!).
Hey look! It’s Lizzie! Hi Liz!
I thought I commented but the internet ate it. What it amounted to was that your bachelorette photos are so, so lovely, it’s hard to believe you’re not some kind of international book-deal-wielding blogging star already.
Thanks Laura, that is the nicest thing ever! I have Lizzie’s hard work and Jason’s photography to thank for their loveliness so maybe I should force them to collaborate with me on every blog post.
God girl you are making me ravenous with your delicious food photos. Food Week sounds like fun.. I love food.. well.. sweets in particular..
